Add a Chrome Shortcut on an Android phone

The user sign-in page  can be added as an icon to your desktop so that it behaves much like an App Store application; you simply click, and it pops up.  To do this, please navigate as described in step 1 below.  Follow step 2, then in step 3, we’ll add the actual icon.

To add a Desktop shortcut from Chrome is very simple.   Please follow these steps:

1. In your address bar, type https://platform.beme.ai.   Once the page loads, your screen will look much like the screenshot below.

If this is your first time signing in, please click Sign In.  If you’ve previously been in the application, please press the Log In button.  If you click Log In, you’ll be taken to this page:   https://platform.beme.ai/users/sign_in.   This is the page we’re going to use to add an icon to your desktop.

2. In the upper right corner of the screen, there should be a set of three dots aligned vertically.  Click those dots and a menu will pop up.  We’re going to choose “Add to Home Screen” for our task.  To follow are screenshots to complete this:

a. Once you’ve clicked either Log in or Sign Up on the page in Step 2, please click the three vertical dots that I have                      circled in the image below.

3. This will open a menu.  From that menu, look about 2/3 of the way down and you’ll see an option to “Add to Home Screen.”  Click that.

4. This will bring up the following screen in which you name the icon and click “Add.”

5. Find the desktop icon on your phone.  Mine typically puts it on the second page if that helps.

You’re now ready to log in with the click of a button!   Mine looks like this when shown on my phone:
